Refund policy

100-Night Trial Period

NoviDream offers a 100-night trial on all pillow purchases. If you're unsatisfied, you may return your pillow within 100 nights of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

Return Requirements:

• Customer must contact support to initiate return and complete return authorization form
• Pillow must be returned in original, clean, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging, unused
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for return shipment

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• One trial per household/customer

Store Credit Option:

• We may issue only a store credit

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items damaged due to misuse, washing the memory foam core, or normal wear beyond trial period
• Items returned after 100 nights from delivery date
